This policy describes the main ways PDF Tools Suite handles information when you visit the site and use its tools. Individual tool pages explain feature-specific processing and limitations.

Files and text you process

Tools described as browser-based process the selected file or entered text on your device and do not upload that document content to our application server. Some features may load code, fonts or language data from third-party content delivery networks. Processing details differ by tool, so check its page before selecting sensitive documents. Your browser, extensions or device software may also affect privacy.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Hosting, security and delivery services may process technical information such as IP address, request details, browser information and security logs to operate and protect the website. We do not control the hosting provider's infrastructure logs or set all of its retention periods; consult the provider's privacy documentation for details.

Advertising, cookies and third parties

Some tool pages load third-party advertising from Adsterra. The ad provider and its partners may use cookies, identifiers, IP addresses or similar technologies to deliver, measure or personalize ads, subject to their own settings and policies. These third parties may collect information directly from your browser; their processing is not controlled by PDF Tools Suite. You can review browser cookie settings and the advertising provider's privacy information. Blocking third-party scripts may affect ad display but should not be required to use the PDF processing controls.

Your choices and contact
