Choose the right PDF tool
Combine documents with Merge PDF, separate pages with Split PDF or Extract PDF Pages, and remove unwanted pages with Remove PDF Pages. To reduce file size, use Compress PDF. You can also convert PDF to Word, convert PDF text to Excel, or create a new document with Text to PDF.
For text-based documents, use Search PDF Text or Compare PDFs. Scanned pages may need OCR PDF before their text can be searched or extracted. Available features have individual instructions explaining how they work, what they support, and what to check before relying on the output.
