How to compress a PDF

- Choose Low, Balanced or High compression.
- Run compression and review the measured size reduction.
- Download the compressed file if the result is smaller.
Results depend on the PDF. Image-heavy documents usually have more room for reduction than text-only or already optimized PDFs. Higher compression can reduce image quality.
